PRICING, PROMOTIONS, AND OFFERS
All prices, promotions, and special offers are subject to their specific terms and may vary depending on the activity or package selected. JAK Watersports does not offer a universal pricing model.
We are committed to clear pricing with no hidden fees. Free services, discounts, or promotional offers are subject to the terms set forth in public announcements or private agreements.

TERMINATION

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination will survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, as well as any outstanding payment obligations outlined in the Payments section.
PAYMENTS
All services must be paid in advance to ensure proper planning and quality delivery. JAK Watersports relies on this structure to maintain high service standards.
New Bookings:
New services must be paid according to the agreed terms — whether in full or with an upfront deposit as specified.
Active Services:
Ongoing services must stay up-to-date on payments to avoid late fees, service interruption, and potential recovery procedures.
Cancellations:
Customer-initiated cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled service. Failure to cancel within that period may result in partial or full charges depending on the nature of the service.
Payment Agreements:
Any written payment agreement (including proposals or digital signatures) must be honored by the client. Failure to comply may result in service termination, legal action, and debt recovery fees.
Late Payments:
Any payment not received by the agreed date will incur a $15 late fee, plus $3.75 per day until the balance is cleared. This applies even after service cancellation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SOCIAL MEDIA SERVICE (if applicable)
In the event we offer social media promotion services, cancellations by the client must be made at least 30 calendar days in advance. If a payment is overdue by 30 days or more, services will be suspended on day 31, and debt collection procedures will be initiated. All associated costs (including legal, administrative, and interest fees) will be billed to the client.
DISCLAIMER
Your use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” While we strive to deliver high-quality service, we make no guarantees of specific results, including ROI or promotional outcomes related to online or offline marketing.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Failure to enforce any part of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of those rights. If any part is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.
CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will attempt to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any major change becomes effective. What constitutes a material change will be determined solely by us.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service.
